RESE is a platform that provides Consultancy services to help Like Minded Property Investors From All Walk of Life and Financial Capabilities Create and Manage a Consortium of Real Estate Investors and connect with vetted Sellers ( Individuals / Brokers / Agents / Developers ), Property Experts, Property Appraisers, Legal Experts, CA, CPA, CS, Accounting & Tax Experts, Property Management Professionals & Companies in their Property Investment and Management

Like Minded Investors For an Individual Property Show their potential Interest to become a part of a

Consortium of Investor for that Particular Property by providing us with their amount of financial commitment they want to become a part of the Consortium.
Once 100% Financial Commitment is accomplished RESE help Connects with All The required Professionals to Structure and register the Consortium

RESE then Connects the Registered Consortium ( Referred as RC ) with a Property legal Professionals to do the due diligence and structure the process of buying the property

RESE will Connect RC to the property management professional / company to manage their property

RESE will Connect RC to Accounting Firm to manage their accounting

If desired by a consortium member RESE may choose to also provide Consultancy & or A Platform to the members of Consortium if they choose to exit the Consortium
Fees & Charges :

RESE will charge Rs 700/- as Annual Consultancy Platform Membership Fee
-
RESE will Charge Rs 100/- processing fee per application for consortium membership or transfer of part or full share of Consortium membership.

RESE will charge a flat fee of 1% in accordance to the Financial Involvement of the consortium member ( referred as FICM ) for per services for becoming or exiting a Consortium

Charges For Creating & Managing the Consortium’s Financials will be directly payable to CA, CS, & Accounting Firm / Firms depending on the Individual property type & value which will be divided as per the FICM

Charges For Legal Services and Stamp Duties and / or other Government Charges / fees will be directly payable to Legal Professional / Professionals / Firm / Firms & Relevant Government Agencies depending on the Individual property type & value which will be divided as per the FICM

Charges For Property Management Professionals / Company will be directly payable to Property Management Professionals / Company depending on the Individual property type & value which will be divided as per the FICM

RESE will Charge all the applicable Taxes as per the Law of The Land in accordance to the applicable Country
